Within the frame of Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education “Fostering University-Enterprise Cooperation and Entrepreneurship of Students via SMART Cafes” (SMART) project, a public lecture was organized at Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences on March 14th. The public lecture was conducted by the International Projects Manager Andrés Abad from the Catholic University San Antonio in Murcia (UCAM) and Assistant Professor Vita Zhukova from UCAM Department of Business Administration and Management.

The participants of the public lecture were professors, administrative staff, students and representatives of various Armenian HEIs and companies, organizations: Yerevan State University, Gavar State University, Armenian State University of Economics, Yerevan State Medical University, National Polytechnic University of Armenia, Armenian National Agrarian University, National University of Architecture and and Constuction of Armenia, “Haybusak” Yerevan University, European University, “Armenia” Pan-Armenian Foundation, Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology, Youth Cooperation Centre of Dilijan NGO, Armenian Progressive Youth NGO, ABCD Innovation Fund, Republican Union of Employers.

A short welcome speech was address by Ani Hovsepyan, Ani Hovsepyan, YSULS Career Center Specialist and SMART Project Assistant. Ani Hovsepyan presented the SMART project, its aim, objectives, outcomes, final results and the current status of the project. Lana Karlova, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Armenia welcomed all the participants and gave a sort presentation on Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education with some statistical data.

The topics of the public lecture were EU opportunities: programmes, funds, initiatives and available resources; Ongoing calls for potential beneficiaries: how to apply, supporting services. The participants had the possibility to address questions and have a discussion with the instructors.
